Zvesda YAK-130 7316 1/72 !
I'll be building something like this version. Paints used: Tamiya White Liquid Surface Primer, Tamiya Light Blue XF23 Paints used: Tamiya Flat Blue XF8, Tamiya Flat Black XF1
Engine subassemblies completed.
Rear fuselage subassembly completed. Need to add Top & Bottom plate yet.
Top and Bottom Plates added.
Cockpit subassembly with front and rear instrument panels ready for assembly. Both instrument panels (Eduard PE) and front grids held in place with Future. All three pieces sprayed with Alclad Flat. Eduard PE panels added to Pit frame.
Cockpit now finished except for pilots.
Pilot & Trainee now added.
Top view of Rear Section now completed. The red piece (from my back up kit) is a replacement for the original gray plastic piece that I damaged. Backup kit is a later version of the same model issued in all red plastic
Bottom view of completed rear section.
Nose/Pit section now added. Ready for masking and paint.
Masked and sprayed with Tamiya White Primer.
Now sprayed with Alclad Glossy Black Base. Airbrush beginning to show a fine "Splatter problem again. Time to buy a new Airbrush to replace this 10 year old vet!
Alclad Chrome sprayed on top of Alclad Black Base with new Airbrush!
Gunze Clear Red sprayed on top of the Alclad Chrome.
